1- How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Click on the photo or name of a product to see its information. On the product page, you can choose the size and quantity you want and then click "Add to Cart". When you are ready to complete your order, select "Proceed to Checkout." Before finalizing your order, please carefully review your order and shipping information. If you want to add or change the shipping address, click on "New address". After confirming your order, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page.
2 - How can I make a return?
You have the option to make returns within 30 days. To do so, send us your request via email, live chat or phone call. We will guide you step by step through the returns process.
3 - How long will I wait to receive my order?
Orders are managed and sent only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is placed after 12pm ET, it will be handled the next business day. During holidays and busy periods, it may take longer to process your order. All orders are shipped with DHL service and are delivered within one to two working days.
4 - What payment methods are accepted?
